XFileSharing Pro - support for download managers not working

Hi

i tried as a premium user to download using free download manager, it downloaded all the files normally supporting the pausing and resuming ...everything is fine....,
but it happened that in the middle of downloading two files, it stopped, when i press resume it dosen't resume, it gives a message (unknown server error)

what could be the problem??




also, what the use of this option :
"Expire temp links" ??

i've set it to 10 hours....

10 hours is lifetime of generated link. Then it will be removed by cron.pl script.

I'm good, but not an extrasense...yet.
When does the error happens, after what time? Open same URL in browser - what do you see?

i don't know what happened but it happened once....

maybe changing the IP affect it?

If IP is changing then yes. Links are for one IP only.
