How do you setup webmoney?

The instructions says to go to https://merchant.webmoney.ru/ and follow directions from http://sibsoft.net/images/webmoney_settings.jpg but there's nothing like that in that link even after clicking on English.

I guess you need a MERCHANT account, not usual one. Read more on webmoney site.

Can you make step by step instructions for this with English screen shots?

Where do I find the wallet id and secret key?

When I ask support they say secret key is for Keeper Classic and since I choose Mini I can't get secret key anymore unless I make new account...
