Nevertheless, when I go to upload_form.html, I have this strange -Demo- tag on the html page. In the install instruction, I saw nothing to do with the Registration key I have...

You mean this XUpload PRO Demo title in the top-left corner of the form? This called Demo cause usually customers use their own forms with their design.
You can change it to whatever you want.
