XUpload - New to XUpload

I'm planning on getting a upload program for my site and came across XUpload. I host with Yahoo. Can anyone tell me if it is difficult to install and if it works on Yahoo? I'm not a master webmaster but have good knowledge using sitebuilder. Any input would be helpful...Thanks SJ
