hello,
is there any way to make the point added after the download finish ? as i see there're a user with many files and he just click on download link then disconnect and move to other link.

There's no way in apache to fire any event on download complete. It's even harder to do when users download file in multiple connections, so close of one connection doesn't mean file is completely downloaded and doen't mean it's incompletely downloaded too.

We have a solution for this but it's complicated one and cost about $300 to implement.
