XFileSharing Pro - deleted files/database error

Everytime when somebody is trying to acces a old file there is coming this message.

Software error:

Can't execute select:
Column 'file_created' cannot be null at Modules/DataBase.pm line 81.


my error log is full with errors like this..every minute a new one..

happend after upgrade from 1.5 to 1.6
