XUpload - cant make it work. help please

i have installed the free version of xupload on my server.
all the files are in the /cgi/ folder, and the html file is in the root.
i CHMODed sll the files.
im getting "transfer complet" but nothing happens.

i tried every solutions i found here in the forum' but it still doesnt work.

please help.

Does the file get uploaded? (Do you see the uploaded file in the directory that you use for uploading?)

Looks you have an error in upload.cgi, to view it remove this from upload_form.html:
