XFileSharing Pro - vbulletin plugin for point integration ?

I was wondering if someone can integrate the point system to a vbulletin plugin. Just like what filesquick.com(WARN: Adult website) does. I am ready to fund for the whole plugin development and ready to release the same as opensource. Do let me know if any developers among us are interested in doing it.
