XFileSharing Pro - internal server error

when i go to site.com/files/index.html it gives internal server error

can i just delete the first 6 lines of the htacces file when its causing errors?

i figured out that these two lines give errors

Options All -Indexes
Options -Includes -IncludesNOEXEC -ExecCGI


can they be deleted?
