XFileSharing Pro - throttling speed with nginx

hello, can anyone give any hints on how to cap speeds on a directory with nginx? cant seem to find how.

i have nginx serving the user files but well they all download at full speed. i want to avoid sibsoft's mod as its too expensive for me.
