Is there a way to limit the number of people that log in with the same premium account

I am just worried people will share their accounts and lots of people will download at premium speeds with no waits

I see possible problem with this limitation since most of Far East users have dynamic IPs, so each request is new IP. So you can't determine if it's same user or another one.
Need to think some smarter logic here to detect multiple account usage.

What about logging hostnames instead of IP's?

What about limiting IP to just 3-4

If more than 3-4 IP's logged in in a same day, we should be notified.
