check logs of your alertpay api (yes , in your control panel on alertpay)
as it sends you every time a log of what it dit
if you can not find logs back then you dit something wrong
be sure to put a api on it , so the script get a callback to verifie (thats the problem)
good thing of paypal is that it sends a callback and all domain names on that server revives that callback
