Can we do below items from Admin :

-Disable main page(Cloud) and directly go to the Browse Page as a main page for website?
-Disable the Pre Download page which is include plans and payment methods and directly go to the free download page ?
-Is there any special area for ads like google adsense without editing HTML pages?
-Customize footer from admin panel?

1. Yes, splash screen can be disabled and file upload form can be displayed.
2. Yes, that can be disabled.
3. No, such things are quite individual, so HTML should be edited.
4. No, the same - template should be edited.
