XUpload - Problem in usin inline method for showing progress bar

Hi,
I am using the purchased version of xUpload of xUpload 2.5

I have made all the configuration changes for integration of xUpload.
It is working fine for the status bar being shown in popup
i.e for pmode=popup

I want to use pmode='inline'

It is giving me following the error
$('overlay') has no properties

please help me to sort out this error

This error shouldn't happen. Have you modified xupload.js any way? Have you intergrated upload form to your own page or using original upload_form.html?
