when somebody upgrades and after he pay the money
he gets this massage "your payment have not verified yet , please refresh this page in 1-3 minutes " and then nothing happend

that part means that your paypal is not sending the api repsonse

check your api settings in paypal to see if it got the right callback url

Powerchaos, please stop giving wrong advises. There's no need to put callback url in paypal.



yassercopter, check ipn_log.txt for errors. Most likely you're missing Crypt::SSL perl module.
