XFileSharing Pro - problem with non english file name - traced

i have problem non english file name:
it uploads fine ,but when download it gives file not found.
I trace and found the problem that when creating symbolic link to download it Ignore non English letter .
the file =الملÙ￾اتsym.jpg
i found this link sym.jpg

so , i found it work fine in your demo site and some other site , what is my problem ?

could some one help please?

sanitize_filename === is off
apache server running in UTF-8 default charset ===it is unhashed
UTF-8 in Xfilesharing config === it is utf-8


still no arabic link
if i run sanitize problem solved but no letter!

any help ?
