A question about Paypal subscritions: Are the affiliates paid only for the first sales or they receive commissions on every recurring sales?

Paid with same % to affiliates not only for first sale.
We need a second options for Rebill/Renew price, cuz i want example %50 First Sale, %30 Rebill/Renew...
