XFileSharing Pro - Session.pm doesn't work on this server architecture

hello

I get this error when I'm trying to install xfs on my host.I emailed my hosting all the requirements of xfs and they said everything is ok .
So the problem is wit xfs..Do i send you my ftp details to make it work..or ...?
