XFileSharing Pro - Smart Profit mod configuration

Hello

I bought smart profit mod and i have a few question about configuration.Basically I want the same options you see in the first picture to be applied on my site.

now the questions:

1.For tier filesizes I put 25|250|1000|10000 .I don't know for files greater then 1gb if it's ok or should I put 0|25|250|1000 ?

2.I've got the country codes from here (http://www.mathguide.de/info/tools/countrycode.html in case someone needs them) and i don't know if i have to leave blank in the tier 3 or paste all the country codes that are not in tier 1&2?

3.What should i put in the box "Max money last 24 hours...from same IP address" ?

4.What "Allow Premium Only files" means?

3) how much money can generate one ip address in 24 hours you allow.
you could put 1$ or 0.50$, shouldnt be more to avoid cheaters.

4) only premium users will be able to download the files.
