I opened a support ticket regarding the reseller mod and it got deleted without you giving me an answer. How can you treat customers like this? From your attitude you always seem angry at every people that asks something. Short and arid answers. We pay for a product, why aren't we treated nicely?

Hello stdio, are you sure its deleted ?
Asking because on my account as soon ticket is closed it goes into "Resolved tickets" . If its there just reply any message and will be open again .

We never delete tickets. If you have feeling that we are angry - sorry for that.
