I Wanna get some informations from us about server power ...etc

1 - My sites will have only 50K max 60K users per day

2 - This my future configuration (i'm buying 5 (1 for main and 4 for files like this)

Intel Xeon i7 W3520 /4x2(HT)x2.66+ GHz - 8 Mo L2 - QPI 4.8 GT/sec

RAM: 24 Go DDR3 / HDD 2x 2To - SATA2 (RAID: SOFT - 0/1)

1 Gbps Lossless

3 - it's suffisant or I Need more servers ?
4 - It's better to encode on our servers or use heywatch ?
- what is the fastest solution to get a fast encode
