XFileSharing Pro - Do not receive any email (payment notification and contact)

Hello,
my domain pointed to ip: xx.xx.xx.xx

when users signup or buy premium plan they received confirm email
and payment notification email .

the problem only i do not receive any payment notification email,
same problem with contact page, it said "Message sent successfully"
but i never receive email.


Please help.

[FIXED]

For all others here, you have to check your mail PTR records to work correctly.
I have configure properly the PTR records in my DNS zone file and all is back to normal now.
