XFileSharing Pro - Wrong ip :/ what can I do ?

Hello , im a new member here and this is the first topic ..

I have a problem , that when i want to download any file i get blank page and at the top " wrong ip " ..

I've read topics here about this problem but i didnt understand where i can allow downloads from all IPS :/

yes i've visit this topic but i didnt know wher i can apply : download from all IP's

You can login to your script as an admin and go to "Settings-->Files' that's means i should enter to my Rooter as an admin ?
