XFileSharing Pro - Wrong mc_amount value

I don't know why but for some reason sometimes there is an extra penny added to these transactions and it's messing up the user account setup process. The payment goes through but it'll be $20.00 instead of $19.99. This just happened 2 times in a row :/
Any idea what's going on?
I've contacted Paypal but they said it's the 3rd party buttons I'm using.

I think you must change PayPal settings for VAT-TAX .
Your PayPal/PayPal settings want TAX-VAT.
