XUpload - Xupload form stopped working all of a sudden

My form was working fine all week, but it stopped working all of a sudden on Friday. I'm not sure what I could have done but I'm sure it's something small. Any ideas? The page just sits there, but before it was working perfectly.

Sorry, works fine for my Opera. Check JS errors. No adblockers installed?

I couldn't figure out the problem so I deleted my files and started over last night. It's back up. Thanks for your reply.
