XUpload - xupload pro is not working properly?

xupload pro is not working properly?

xupload pro not working properly, when try to upload larg file like 100mb progress bar deos'nt show up or some time it shows cannot find server?

yes i have wrote them, there was problem with there email so they replied late. now waiting for next reply.
