XFileSharing Pro - error when import files

when i try to import file from web administrator the result :

Error happened:
Software error:

Can't move files:Permission denied at /path/to/cgi-bin/api.cgi line 216.

For help, please send mail to the webmaster ([email protected]), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.

"Import files" importing files from ImportFiles folder. It should be 777.
