XUpload - mac ie: no progress bar

Using the sibsoft demo site, mac/ie shows no progress bar... perhaps mac/ie isn't worth supporting, though, as ms no longer supports mac/ie.

Just thought you'd like to know.

Yeah, Mac/IE is most terrible browser, do not use it
I know that there are problems but don't think we should waste time on it.
