have done everyhting in the install file and when i run cron in log his is all that says

Make sure u've done 1st step from mod INSTALL.txt:
1) Register an account on http://heywatch.com
Add some encode credits
Got to Account -> Options, create Default format based on 'Flash Video H264' and enable 'Automatic encode'
