im buy script. this script great. but i cant find ip ban screen. i cant banned ip's

where is ip management page?

you can ban ip's with control panel, ip tables, firewall, etc, you don't need script for it.

there are different control panels like cpanel, kloxo, webmin and so on, use them to ban ips.
