Some files are deleted from the database, but there are still files on the server. How can I detect files that are not in the database but are not deleted in the server? They take up a lot of space.

1- recreate comments systems. comments must wait pending admin. add reply. etc. like discus...

2- Even if you delete files, uploader ip numbers and upload date/time should be kept by in the server and admin panel.

3- ie not support drag drop. need fix.
