Please help me "Download Link Expired"

5% user my website contac problem Download Link Expired
I dont understand but user click create download link, it just displays message: "Download Link Expired"
please help me

Check who uploaded the files, if it was an anonymous upload and the file has been auto deleted from your server then the link cannot be generated

make sure your file server and main server date/time are same

pass here http://yoursite.com/?op=admin_settings

choose an option files

find Expire temp links

establish 1 either 2 hours or another

Expire temp links 2 hours

On Your Setting>Files, change Expire temp links: put a lot of numbers

On my Server I have this:
8000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000

or delete cron.plfrom your cron jobs
