General Discussion & News - I purchased 18 hours ago, where is my download link????

Apparently based on some posts in this forum I am not the only one with this problem!

I purchased the pro version via PayPal last night and still haven't received a download link! I have a project deadline that I need this software for and I consider this lack of service to be inexcusable.

I have sent several e-mails and have received no responses! If I don't get my software in the next 12 hours I am taking my money back via PayPal!

Archive with your product was sent on 2008-12-22 01:00:13 according to our logs.
If you haven't got it - check your spam folder.
I have just re-sent your product to make sure. If you still haven't got it, email or PM me - I will send it from my personal email.

Same here, i purchased 5 days ago and still no email. i also sent a message via contact form, but no response.
