XFileSharing Pro - Problem encoding restart server

My server restarts when it encodes a highly compressed mkv video.
because I can't make a manual selection of each file to convert
I can't find the error logs.

Can someone help me?

The problem is in my opinion "the CGI script" which restarts the server, I've been looking for 1 week but I can't find it

in my opinion it is a hardware problem

I asked to check the power socket in server,

my server sends me this:
"We have replaced the power supply as well as wire on this server.
The PDU Port association is correct, no mistake there."

And 10 seconds later the server reboots lol

I'm going crazy, I really care about this project, it's killing me
