XFileSharing Free - problem with installation please helppp !!!!

i upload all files and do all thing to tell me about it .. but when i go to http://****.com/cgi-bin/install.cgi and do the setting its tell me :

2) MySQL Settings

Can't connect to DB with current settings

how can i fix this error :S i put it 755 plzzz helpp

lol, it's not 755 problem, but you set wrong MySQL login/password/database.

Read the message: "Can't connect to DB with current settings"

I've also got problems.

I've installed loads of scripts before with no real trouble.

I've loooked through all the folders and cannot for the life of me find the .htaccess file.

I think I've configured the script correctly and get a 500 internal error message.

When I go to the filesharing directory, I can upload files, but cannot find an admin page or a download section.

use /?act=admin URL.
