XFileSharing Pro - REDIRECTED

Users complain that when they click download they get redirected to the upload page, I've removed :
print FILE "RewriteEngine on\nRewriteCond %{REMOTE_ADDR} !^$ip\$\nRewriteRule ^.*\$ $c->{site_url}";

but it still happens any suggestions?
