Emails not being answered

What is the criteria for emails to be answered in regard to [email protected] .I have been emailing for 4 days now,is there a vacation/holiday or somthing?

Even if they are busy a response would be nice!

no criteria
just explain the problems include youre licensi ID, Client ID

cuty, sorry, I've got a virus yesterday, so was reinstalling my workstation etc, saw your email, will handle it from office tomorrow.
